Eagle View Lodge - Kigali

The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. the breakfast was delicious and the presentation was impressive. We enjoyed the fresh fruit and the mouthwatering pastries. the view from the hotel was absolutely stunning, providing us with breathtaking panoramic views of the city. the rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, allowing us to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

The location of the hotel was a bit challenging to find, and the last stretch of road leading to the hotel was in poor condition. We had some difficulty locating the hotel on our first attempt, which led us to overpay for taxis as we were unfamiliar with the transportation options.

The room at Eagle View Lodge was amazing! It had a private bathroom with a shower, which was so convenient. The balcony was lovely, and I enjoyed the tile/marble floor and seating area. It truly felt like a cozy home away from home.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the bathrobe in the double room. But hey, that's just me!

The value for money was unbeatable, with a fine room and balcony offering very nice views. The staff treated me like family, always accommodating and helpful.

More variety in breakfast items would have made it even better.

I always return for a reason: staff helped me find my way at first stay. The amenities suit me perfectly: free Wi-Fi, kitchen utensils, shuttle service, laundry, express check-in/out. See you for Christmas!

The views and ambiance at Eagle View Lodge were amazing. The whole hotel exuded a sense of tranquility and beauty. We booked the suite and it was worth every penny - spacious, comfortable, and luxurious. The restaurant surpassed our expectations with a menu that catered to our dietary needs and food that tasted fresh.

The accommodations at this backpackers place are exceptional. the rooms are spacious and stylish, with comfortable furnishings. the bathrooms are clean and have great water pressure, although there was some water leakage in the showers. the staff is friendly and provides great service, including organizing airport transfers and giving helpful recommendations. the breakfast is freshly made and delicious, and the view of the city from the terrace is breathtaking.

The room walls are not soundproof, so noise from other guests can be disturbing at times.

As for breakfast offerings, it would have been better if there were more options available to choose from.
